At South Beach's newest watery, DIRT, you get clean, sustainably sourced, chef-driven fare straight fro the earth. Try the house-made granola and almond milk, proteins free of antibiotics and added hormones, or the quinoa-crusted blue catfish po'boy with zucchini jalapeno slaw. "You can't be pretentious when you call yourself DIRT," says cofounder Jeff LaTulippe of the casual setting.
